Control
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Remove the "HAZARD" fuse from the fuse panel for 10 seconds to reset the ECU memory.
3. Start the engine and make sure that the indicator "CHECK ENGINE" flashing. Stop the engine.
4. For multi-point injection, the valve is cylindrical and located on the rear wall of the intake manifold. For two-point injection, the valve is located on the left side of the intake manifold. Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve. Measure the resistance between the sensor terminals and compare it with the specification.
5. Check the conductivity between the sensor terminals and the ground. There should be no conductivity.
6. Turn the ignition key to the second position. Measure the voltage between the connector contacts (between the black-yellow (+) and blue-yellow (-) wires).
7. If the measured voltage is equal to the battery voltage, the ECU is defective.
8. If there is no voltage between the connector contacts, measure the voltage between the black and yellow wire and ground.
9. If there is no voltage, look for an open circuit in the black and yellow wire to fuse #4.
10. If you have any difficulties, contact a service station.
Replacement
11. Disconnect the electrical connector from the valve.
12. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the valve.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
