Warning:
- Beware of the rotating front wheels during the inspection.
- Make sure the lift, jacks, and safety stands are positioned correctly.
Attention.
- Before checking, make sure the transmission fluid is filled to the proper level.
- Warm up the engine before checking.
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Warm up the engine, then stop it and connect the tachometer.
3. Attach an oil pressure gauge to each test port.
Tightening torque: 18 Nm (1.8 kgf·m)
4. Start the engine and measure the corresponding pressure.
- Main line pressure
- Clutch pressure
- Throttle Pressure A/ Throttle Pressure B
- Control pressure
5. Install a new washer and seal bolt into the inspection hole and tighten to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf·m)
Note: Do not reuse old aluminum washers.
Measuring line pressure
1. Set the parking brake and securely block both rear wheels.
2. Accelerate the engine to 2000 rpm.
3. Switch to the [N] or [P] position.
Note: High pressure readings may occur if measurements were taken with the shift lever in positions other than [N] or [P].
4. Measure the line pressure.

Warning: During testing, be careful not to let the front wheels spin.
1. Set the parking brake and securely block both rear wheels.
2. Raise the front of the machine and support it on safety stands.
3. Allow the front wheels to spin freely.
4. Accelerate the engine to 2000 rpm

Warning
- Be careful not to let the front wheels spin while checking.
- Allow the front wheels to spin freely.
2. Remove the end of the throttle control cable from the throttle control lever.
Note: Do not loosen the locknuts, just unhook the end of the cable.
3. Switch to position [D4] or [D3].
4. Accelerate the engine at 1000 rpm.
5. Measure the fully closed throttle pressure A and B.
6. Move the throttle control lever to the full throttle position.
7. Measure the fully open throttle pressure A and B.
