2. Disconnect quick release fastener A on fuel rail B.
3. Connect the fuel hose mounting device assembly E and the quick release fitting. Connect the fuel pressure gauge connection kit and the fuel pressure gauge.

4. Start the engine and let it idle.
- If the engine starts, proceed to step 6.
- If the engine does not start, proceed to step 5.
5. Make sure the fuel pump is working: listen to the sound coming from the fuel filler neck with the cap removed. The fuel pump should work within 2 seconds of the first ignition on.
- If the fuel pump operates, proceed to step 6.
- If the pump does not work, check the fuel pump system.
6. Read the fuel pressure gauge. The pressure should be 320-370 kPa.
- If the pressure is normal, the test is complete.
- If the pressure is not as specified, replace the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter, then recheck the fuel pressure.
