1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and place it on stands.

2. Loosen the nuts and remove the wheel.

3. Unlock the rim (B) of the nut (A) and unscrew the nut.

Removal and installation the rear wheel hub (4WD models). 1 - bearing, 2 - nut, 3 - brake drum, 4 - brake shoes, 5 - hub, 6 - brake shield, 7 - retaining ring, 8 - bearing holder.


Note: Do not disconnect the speed sensor connector.


11. Jack up the trailing arm, unscrew the bolt and disconnect the upper transverse arm from the bearing holder.

12. Make marks on the adjusting bolt and cam, then loosen the nut.

Tightening torque - 59 Nm

13. Loosen the bolt and remove the bearing holder.

Tightening torque: 69 Nm

Note:

- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

- When installing:
  • align the marks on the adjusting bolt and cam;
  • use new nuts and cap;
  • lock the hub mounting nut;
  • check and, if necessary, adjust the rear wheel alignment angles;
  • check and, if necessary, adjust the travel of the parking brake lever.
