The rear axle of these vehicles has a built-in limited-slip differential and hydraulic pump. The fluid in the gearbox not only serves as a lubricant, but also ensures the operation of the hydraulic drive. The manufacturer recommends filling the gearbox with Honda CTV Fluid (temporary replacement for Dexron III). Under normal driving conditions, the fluid in the gearbox should be changed after 144,000 km or 6 years. Under severe driving conditions, the fluid should be changed after 96,000 km or 4 years.

1. Place the vehicle on a level surface.

3. Add fluid if necessary.

Oil change
