Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it on stands.
3. Drain the oil from the box (see chapter 1).
4. Remove the linkage from the box.

5. Disconnect the clutch rods (see chapter 8).
6. Disconnect the speedometer cable and electrical connectors from the box.
7. Disconnect the exhaust system.
8. Remove the starter (see chapter 5).
9. Support the engine with an eyebolt or place a jack under it. Install the jack under the oil pan, do not forget to lay a block of wood between the pan and the jack. The engine must have additional temporary support at all times while the gearbox is removed.
10. Remove any chassis or suspension components that will interfere with the removal of the box (see chapter 10).
11. Disconnect the drive shafts from the box (see chapter 8).
12. Supporting a box with a jack, turn away bolts of fastening of a box to the engine.
13. Remove the box supports.

14. Do a check inspection, disconnect any wires, hoses, etc. that have not been removed. Carefully pull out the box.
15. As soon as the input shaft is completely free, lower the box and remove it from under the car.
16. With the box removed, inspect the clutch (see chapter 8), if you do not want to repeat the box removal operation in the near future.
Installation
17. Install the clutch (see chapter 8).
18. Raise the box, carefully enter the input shaft into the clutch splines and install the box. Do not apply considerable effort: the shaft has not entered the splines, turn until the splines of the shaft and the clutch coincide.
19. Insert the mounting bolts and tighten them.
20. Install box supports and tighten all bolts.
21. Install all chassis and suspension components previously dismantled.
22. Remove additional engine mounts.
23. Install the starter (see chapter 5), exhaust system (see chapter 4) and drive shafts (see chapter 8).
24. Attach all wires, hoses, rods and speedometer cable. Pour the oil into the box (see chapter 1).
25. Carry out a control run.
