The vehicles described in this manual are equipped with 4- and 5-speed manual transmissions or a 3-speed automatic transmission. Information on manual transmissions is provided in this Part of Chapter 7. The automatic transmission servicing procedure is described in Parts B Chapter 7.
The gearbox body is cast from aluminum alloy. The gearbox contains the gearbox itself and a built-in differential.
