Models produced between 1984 and 1987.
1. The ball joint of the reaction arm is not replaceable. If it is worn or damaged, replace the reaction arm (see section 7).
Models produced since 1988.
2. The front suspension uses two ball joints. The upper one on the upper arm is not replaceable. If it is worn or damaged, replace the upper arm (see section 12).
3. The lower ball joint is located on the steering knuckle. If it is worn or damaged, remove the steering knuckle (see section 4) and take it to a service station to have the ball joint replaced.
