1. The clutch support bearing is pressed into the engine flywheel, designed to support the input shaft of the gearbox. The bearing does not require grease packing.
2. Check bearing rotation with your finger. The outer race of the bearing must be tight. If the bearing fails, replace it:
3. Remove the flywheel (see Chapter 2A).
4. Knock out the old bearing with a punch and hammer.
5. Press in new bearing.
6. Install the flywheel.
7. Collect the car.
