Bearing play
1. Raise the machine off the ground and secure it to safety stands in appropriate locations.
2. Remove the wheels, then install the wheel nuts.
3. Attach the pointer sensor as shown.
4. Measure the bearing clearance by moving the discs in and out.

5. If the bearing end play measurement is greater than the standard, replace the wheel bearing.
Wheel beating
1. Raise the machine off the ground and secure it to safe stands in appropriate locations.
2. Check the wheels for bending or damage.
3. Attach the pointer sensor as shown.
4. Measure the wheel runout by turning the wheel.
Axial runout of front and rear wheels:
Standard:
- Steel wheel: 0-1.0mm
- Aluminum wheel: 0-0.7mm
- Operating values: 2.0 mm

Radial runout of front and rear wheels:
Standard:
- Steel wheel: 0-1.0mm
- Aluminum wheel: 0-0.7mm
- Operating values: 1-5 mm

5. If the wheel runout exceeds the operating limits, replace the wheel.
