Removal
1. Place the jack under the support area (see vehicle owner's manual).
2. Set the car to the handbrake and block diagonally opposite wheels.
3. On vehicles with automatic transmission, set the transmission selector to position P. On vehicles with manual transmission, place the vehicle in first gear.
4. Loosen the wheel nuts by 1/2 turn.
Attention! If the nut does not unscrew, then strike the end of the stud 1-2 times with a heavy hammer; heating the nut is prohibited. Be careful, further impacts may damage the brake disc or drum. Unscrew the nut using a wrench with an extension.
5. Raise the vehicle until the wheels are no longer in contact with the ground.
6. Place the vehicle on stands.
7. Loosen the nuts and remove the wheel.
Installation
8. Check the cleanliness of the mating surfaces of the wheel, hub, and studs. Remove rust from the surface of the wheel and brake disc (or brake drum).
9. Install the wheel, tighten the mounting nuts by hand.
10. Using a socket wrench, tighten the nuts in a diagonal sequence.
14. Raise the vehicle, remove the jack stands and lower the vehicle.
15. Tighten the mounting nuts in a diagonal sequence to a torque of 108 Nm.
