Self-diagnosis function
The microclimate control unit has a built-in self-diagnostic system.
Operation of the self-diagnosis function
Turn the ignition key to the ON (II) position, press the AUTO and OFF buttons simultaneously. While the buttons are pressed, the A, B, D, F and G indicators will turn on. They will indicate faulty components.
Note: In case of multiple faults, several indicators will light up. If A, B, C, D, E light up simultaneously, both ground wires may be broken.
Resetting the self-diagnosis function
Turning the ignition key to the OFF position will stop the self-diagnosis function. After performing the service, run the self-diagnosis function again and check that there is no malfunction.
