Replacement
1. Disconnect the 5K connector from the air mixture control motor.
2. Remove the three self-tapping screws, the air mixture adjustment motor and the flange bushing.

3. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. After installation, make sure the air mixture control motor operates smoothly.
Trial
1. Disconnect the 5K connector from the air mixture control motor.
2. Connect the supply voltage to contact #5 of the engine connector, and connect contact #1 to the housing. The engine should start and stop in the "Hot" position. If this does not happen, switch the contacts the other way around, the engine should start and stop in the "Cold" position.
Note: If the air mixture control motor does not work, remove it and check the rods and flaps for smooth and free movement. If everything is OK, replace the air mixture control motor.
3. Measure the resistance between contacts #2 and #3. It should be approximately 6 kOhm±20%.
4. Measure the resistance between contacts #3 and #4. It should be approximately 4.8 kOhm±20% in the "Hot" position and 1.2 kOhm±20% in the "Cold" position.
