Brake force distributor — general information (Honda Civic 3)

1. The brake force distributor is mounted on the right pillar tunnel. It is designed to limit the pressure on the rear brakes during emergency braking to prevent wheel locking.

2. The distributor is not serviced. If it fails, contact a service station for repair and adjustment, or install a new device. After replacing the distributor, bleed the brake system (see Section 10).
