Tightening the parking brake
Press the parking brake pedal firmly with your left foot.
The parking brake locks the rear wheels.
Note:
- If you decide to tighten the parking brake further after tightening it, first release it and then tighten the brake again.
- After stopping, be sure to apply the parking brake.
Releasing the parking brake
To release the parking brake, press the brake pedal with your right foot, press the parking brake pedal with your left foot until it clicks, and then slowly release it.
