Checking the idle speed increase system (Honda Civic 7)

1. (When using a tachometer) Connect the tachometer lead (A) to the connector (B).



2. (When using a scanner) Connect the scanner to the diagnostic connector.



3. Measure the crankshaft speed 10 seconds after starting (coolant temperature ＜ 20°C).

Rotation speed:

• models with manual transmission - 1300+200 rpm
• models with automatic transmission, CVT (selector in position "P" or "N") - 1300+200 rpm
