The first way of measurement (without removing the valve from the cylinder head)
Clearance between valve stem and valve guide of inlet valve:
- Nominal value: 0.05 - 0.11 mm
- Limit value: 0.15 mm
Clearance between valve stem and valve guide of exhaust valve:
- Nominal value: 0.10 - 0.16 mm
- Limit value: 0.24
The valve plate is 10 mm away from the seat.
The second way of measurement (with removal of the valve from the cylinder head)
Clearance between valve stem and valve guide of inlet valve:
- Nominal value: 0.025 - 0.055 mm
- Limit value: 0.08 mm
Clearance between valve stem and valve guide of exhaust valve:
- Nominal value: 0.050 - 0.080 mm
- Limit value: 0.11 mm
Valve guide bushing installation height:
- Intake: 12.55 -13.05 mm
- Issue: 12.55 -13.05 mm
