- The valve adjusting locknuts must be loosened and the adjusting screw unscrewed before installation.
- The components must be reinstalled in their original positions.
2. Install the freewheel assembly.
3. Install the rocker arms by inserting the rocker arm shaft into the cylinder head.
Note: Remove the rubber strip after installing the rocker arms.
4. Clean and install the oil adjustment holes for the intake and exhaust rocker arms with new O-rings. If the holes in the rocker shaft and cylinder head are not in line, install a 12 mm bolt into the rocker shaft and rotate the shaft.
Note: The design of the oil control holes for the intake and exhaust rocker arms is different.
