Note:
- To prevent damage to the cylinder head, wait until the engine coolant temperature has dropped to 38°C before removing it.
- When handling the metal gasket, do not bend it or damage the contact surface.
- Install new O-rings and gaskets when reassembling.
1. CYLINDER HEAD COVER, when installing see below.
2. WASHER, Replace if damaged or failing.
3. 6x1.0 mm, 9.8 Nm (1.0 kgf/m), when replacing the rubber seal, apply soapy water to the threads and contact surface of the cylinder head, then remove the soapy water after installing the rubber seal.
4. RUBBER SEAL, replace if damaged or failing.
5. CYLINDER HEAD BOLT, 10x1.25 mm, 67 Nm (6.8 kgf/m). puff (see below). Apply engine oil to the threads.

8. REFERENCE PIN
9. O-ring, replace.
10. 8x1.25 mm, 24 Nm (2.4 kgf/m)

12. CYLINDER HEAD COVER GASKET, replace if leaking, damaged or failed. Apply sealant to the four corners of the notches.
Note: Before assembling, clean all components in solvent, dry them, and apply lubricant to the contact surfaces.
