Removal
1. Remove the right front wheel.
2. Remove the lower engine cover.
3. Remove the drive belt.
4. Hold the pulley with handle A and holder B.
5. Remove the bolt using a 19mm C socket and a pry bar, then remove the crankshaft pulley.
Installation
1. Clean crankshaft pulley A, crankshaft nose B, bolt C and washer D. Lubricate with new engine oil as shown.
2. Install the crankshaft pulley and hold the pulley with handle A and pulley holding handle B.
3. Tighten the bolt to 69 N·m (7.0 kgf·m) using a torque wrench and a 19 mm C socket. Do not use an impact wrench.
4. Tighten the pulley mounting bolt an additional 90°.
5. Install the drive belt.
6. Install the lower engine cover.

7. Install the right front wheel.
