2. Raise the car and remove the engine undershield.
3. Remove all accessory drive belts.
4. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to the TDC of the compression stroke (at the same time, the white mark on the crankshaft pulley must be aligned with the pointer on the bottom cover of the camshaft belt). Rotation of the crankshaft during further disassembly-assembly is not allowed.
5. Fix the crankshaft and unscrew the pulley bolt in a counterclockwise direction (a special key is used to fix the pulley, which, however, can be made independently).
6. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
7. When assembling, tighten the pulley bolt to 177 Nm (CR-V) or 245 Nm (Odyssey).
