Removal
1. Remove the right front wheel.
2. Remove the lower engine cover.
3. Hold the pulley with handle A and pulley holding handle B.
4. Remove the bolt using a 19mm C socket and a pry bar, then remove the crankshaft pulley.
Installation
1. Clean crankshaft pulley A, crankshaft nose B, bolt C and washer D. Lubricate the parts as shown in the figure.

2. Install the crankshaft pulley and hold the pulley with handle A and pulley holding handle B.
3. Tighten the bolt to 37 N·m using a torque wrench and a 19 mm C socket. Do not use an impact wrench. If the pulley mounting bolt or crankshaft is new, tighten the bolt to 177 N·m, then remove the bolt and retighten it to 37 N·m.
4. Tighten the pulley mounting bolt an additional 90°.
5. Install the lower engine cover.
6. Install the right front wheel.
