Warning! Fuel is flammable and explosive. Careless handling of gasoline can result in burns or other serious injury.
When filling the fuel tank, turn off the engine and keep hot or sparkling objects, as well as open flames, away from the open filler neck.
Perform all fuel handling operations outdoors only.
If splashes of fuel come into contact with exposed skin or the surface of the vehicle, they should be wiped off immediately.
Slowly turning, remove the cap from the fuel filler neck. When the cap is turned off, you can hear the characteristic hissing sound of gasoline vapors coming out of the tank. Place the cover in the holder on the hatch door.
On some vehicles, the cap is attached to the filler neck with a cable.
Stop filling the tank any further as soon as the dispenser pump automatically shuts off. Do not try to fill the tank completely, leave free space in the tank for fuel to expand when heated.
Screw the cap onto the fuel filler neck and tighten it properly. You should hear at least one click from the lid lock when you do this.
Close the hatch and click on it to lock the lock.
