If the luggage does not fit in height, you can remove the luggage compartment lid.
To remove the cover, remove the hooks from the tailgate, slide the cover back, and then lift it vertically.
To install the trunk lid, insert the mounting rods into the slots and slide the lid forward until it locks into place. Make sure the lid is securely fastened so that the fasteners do not come loose while the vehicle is in motion.
Lower the tailgate and secure the hooks.
