Checking and adjusting
1. Measure the pedal height (distance from pedal pad to floor).
Pedal height - 198 mm
1 - starter switch, 2 - adjusting bolt, 3 - lock nut "A", 4 - lock nut "B", 5 - lock nut "C", 6 - rod, 7 - pedal travel, 8 - positioning height.
2. Press the clutch pedal and measure the clutch pedal travel.
Pedal travel: 130 - 140 mm 3.
Adjust the height and travel of the clutch pedal if necessary.
a) Loosen lock nut "A" and turn the adjusting bolt so that it does not touch the clutch pedal.
b) Loosen lock nut "B" and, by rotating the rod, adjust the height and travel of the clutch pedal.
c) Tighten the lock nut "B".
Tightening torque - 18 Nm
d) With the clutch pedal not depressed, tighten the adjusting bolt so that it touches the clutch pedal.
d) Turn the adjusting bolt out by 0.75 turns.
e) Tighten lock nut "A".
Tightening torque - 10 Nm
4. Adjusting the starter switch.
a) Loosen lock nut "C".
b) Press the clutch pedal all the way down.
c) Release the pedal by 15 - 20 mm and hold it in this position.
d) Rotate the starter switch to a position in which the engine starts with the given position of the clutch pedal.
d) Tighten lock nut "C".
Tightening torque - 10 Nm
