Removal and installation
Caution: Do not allow the working fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces. If the working fluid comes into contact with a painted surface, wash it off immediately.
1. Loosen the bolts (A) securing the clutch slave cylinder.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm

Clutch master cylinder. 1 - clamp, 2 - hose, 3 - screw, 4 - reservoir cap, 5 - seal, 6 - filter, 7 - working fluid reservoir, 8 - piston assembly with spring, 9 - rod, 10 - retaining ring, 11 - cotter pin, 12 - fork, 13 - fork axle, 14 - stopper, 15 - gasket, 16 - clutch master cylinder housing, 17 - retainer, 18 - O-ring seal, 19 - nipple, 20 - O-ring seal.
2. Remove the pins (C).
3. Disconnect the pipe (D) from the clutch slave cylinder and remove the O-ring (E).
4. Remove the clutch slave cylinder (B).
Note:
- Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- When installing, apply grease to the areas shown in the figure.
- After installation, bleed the clutch release hydraulic drive (see section "Bleeding the clutch hydraulic drive").

Disassembly and assembly
Disassemble and assemble the clutch release drive slave cylinder using the assembly drawing "Clutch release drive slave cylinder".
Caution: Do not allow the working fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces. If the working fluid comes into contact with a painted surface, wash it off immediately.
Note:
- Install only new O-rings and piston seals.
- After installation, bleed the clutch release hydraulic drive (see section "Bleeding the clutch release hydraulic drive").
- Do not mix different types of working fluid.
- Do not reuse drained fluid.
