Clutch pedal - parts and adjustment data: 1. Locknut A; 2. Locking switch; 3. Cruise control switch (or limiter); 4. Lock nut A; 5. The pedal touches the switch; 6. Locknut C; 7. Pusher; 8. Master cylinder
1. Loosen the lock nut at the base of the cruise control switch (if provided) or the pedal limit bolt and remove the switch or bolt.
2. Loosen the clutch master cylinder push rod lock nut.
3. Rotate the pusher to set the pedal height to 183 mm and the full pedal stroke to 135-145 mm.
4. Tighten the pushrod lock nut.
5. Tighten the lock nut or bolt until it contacts the pedal and tighten it an additional 3/4-1 turn.
6. Loosen the lock nut of the clutch locking switch.
7. Check the distance of the pedal from the floor when the pedal is pressed.
8. Release the pedal by 15-20 mm and adjust the position of the clutch locking switch so that the engine starts with this pedal position.
9. Turn the locking switch 3/4-1 turn and tighten the lock nut.
