Adjustment
1. Adjust the position of the rear door if necessary.
a) To adjust the vertical and horizontal position of the door, loosen the door hinge mounting bolts as shown in the figure "Adjusting the rear door".
b) Tighten the bolts after adjustment.
Tightening torque 22 — Nm
c) Adjust the height of the door protrusion relative to the body by turning the cushions as shown in the figure "Adjusting the rear door".
2. If necessary, adjust the position of the door lock bracket.
a) Loosen the screws securing the door lock bracket.
b) Adjust the position of the bracket by tapping it with a plastic-headed hammer.
c) Tighten the screws after adjustment.
Tightening torque: 22 Nm
Removal and installation
Note: Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
External handle
1. Remove the rear door interior trim (see section "Interior trim").
2. Disconnect the rear door lock drive cable from the outer handle and unscrew the nuts.
Tightening torque - 10 Nm

3. Then pull the handle and remove it.

Rear door lock
1. Remove the rear door interior trim (see section "Interior trim").
2. Disconnect the drive cable from the rear door lock, the rod and the connectors.
3. Loosen the bolts, then pull the rear door lock forward and remove it.
Tightening torque - 10 Nm

Rear door adjustment.
Lock cylinder
1. Remove the rear door interior trim (see section "Interior trim").
2. Remove the upper license plate trim.
3. Disconnect the rod from the lock cylinder, disconnect the connector.

4. Loosen the lock cylinder mounting bolt, then pull the lock cylinder and disconnect the clamp.

Rear door seal
1. Remove the rear door seal.
2. Clean and degrease the contact surface of the seal.
3. Apply glue as shown in the picture.

4. Place a reference mark on the weatherstrip. Align the mark with the pin at the top of the door frame as shown in the figure and install the weatherstrip.
5. Check the tightness of the seal.
