2. Pressurize 93-123 kPa (0.95-1.25 kgf/cm2).
3. Check pressure drop.
4. If the pressure drops, replace the radiator cap.
Examination
1. Wait until the engine has cooled down, carefully remove the radiator cap and fill with coolant up to the radiator neck.
2. Attach a pressure gauge to the radiator neck and apply a pressure of 93-123 kPa (0.95-1.25 kgf/cm2).
3. Check for coolant leaks and pressure drop.
4. Remove the pressure gauge and reinstall the radiator cap. NOTE: Check for engine oil in the cooler and vice versa for coolant in the oil.
