Inspection
1. Remove the oil nozzle and inspect it in the following sequence:
- Make sure the 1.1mm drill bit fits through the nozzle hole (diameter 1.2 mm).
- Insert the same 1.1mm drill bit into the oil inlet hole (diameter 1.2 mm).
- Make sure the ball moves smoothly and has a travel of approximately 4.0 mm.
Note: Replace the oil nozzle assembly if the nozzle is damaged or bent.
2. Install and tighten the injector mount. Be careful when installing, do not exceed the specified tightening torque:
- Tightening torque: 16 Nm
