2. Remove the instrument cluster (see section 12) and disconnect the speedometer.
3. Remove the lower panel, release the rubber bushing of the speedometer cable and the boot from the engine compartment wall.
4. Pull the cable from the engine compartment side.
5. Remove the boot and the spring ring securing the speedometer cable to the gearbox.
Caution: Do not touch the cable drive mount: the drive gear may fall into the gearbox housing.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
