Control
1. Remove the front bumper to access the horn (see chapter 11).
2. Disconnect the connector from the horn.
3. With a cable of sufficient length, apply battery voltage to the horn terminals.
4. If there is no sound, replace the signal.
5. If there is sound, remove the steering wheel (see chapter 10).
6. Check up conductivity between contact rings and a nave of a steering wheel where there passes a sound signal contact.
7. If there is no continuity, repair the horn switch.
8. If there is continuity, then there is likely a loss of contact in the wiring of the horn off circuit.
Replacement
9. Remove the front bumper (see chapter 11).
10. Disconnect the wires from the horn.
11. Turn away nuts of fastening of a signal to the chassis and remove a signal.
12. Installation is made in the return to removal order.
