1. Remove the piston oil cooling nozzle.
2. Check the piston oil cooling nozzle as follows.
- Make sure the 1.1mm drill bit fits through the oil jet hole (diameter 1.2 mm). Make sure that the check valve ball A moves freely and has a stroke of approximately 4.0 mm.
- Check the operation of the piston oil cooling nozzle with compressed air. A pressure of at least 310 kPa is required to move the check valve ball.
