1. Remove the piston oil cooler nozzle.
2. Check the piston oil cooler nozzle as follows.
- Make sure the 1.1mm drill goes through the oil jet hole (diameter 1.2 mm). Check that check valve ball A moves freely and has a stroke of approximately 4.0 mm.
- Check the operation of the nozzle for oil cooling of the piston using compressed air. A pressure of at least 310 kPa is required to move the stop valve ball.
