Replacing the engine oil filter supply pipe (Honda Civic 8)

1. Remove the filter.

2. Remove the oil pan.

3. Remove the oil filter inlet pipe.



4. Install two 20x1.5mm A nuts onto the new oil filter feed pipe. Hold the nut with a flat wrench, then tighten the second nut with another wrench.



5. Tighten the oil filter inlet pipe fastening to a torque of 49 N·m, tighten the oil filter inlet pipe fastening nuts.

6. Install the oil pan.

7. Install the oil filter.
