Warning! If the car stereo system is equipped with a security code, make sure you have the correct combination to activate the audio system before disconnecting the battery!
2. On Integra models, remove the air cleaner intake duct (see Chapter Power and exhaust systems).
3a. Carefully mark and disconnect the wiring from the starter solenoid terminals.
3b. Release the wiring harness retaining clips (see accompanying illustrations).
4. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the starter (see accompanying illustration).
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
