Examination (engines D15Z6, D15Z7, D16Y5, D16Y6, D16Y8)
Caution: When reassembling the primary rocker arm, carefully apply air pressure to the rocker arm lubrication passage.
Check the rocker arm piston. Press it with your hand. If it does not move freely, replace the rocker arm assembly.

Attention:
- Apply oil to pistons when reassembling.
- Secure the rocker arms with tape to prevent them from separating during assembly.
Except for the D16Y8 engine:
Caution: Install the valve advance plate and return spring as shown below.
Press lightly in the place indicated in the figure with the rod, and the piston will go down a little. Increasing the force causes further immersion of the unit.
If the assembly does not move freely, replace it.
