2. Remove the distributor cap.
3. Remove the magnetic resistance by prying it off with a pair of suitable screwdrivers. Be careful: too much force can damage the stator.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Install the magnetic resistance with the letters or numbers of the product number facing up and align the keyway (see fig. 12.3).
