2. Drain the engine coolant.

3. Remove the water pump pulley.
4. Remove the five coolant pump mounting bolts, then remove the coolant pump.
5. Check and clean the O-ring groove and the surface mating with the engine block.
6. Install the coolant pump with new O-ring B in the reverse order of removal.
7. Install the water pump pulley.
8. Install the drive belt, then adjust the belt tension.
9. Wipe up any spilled brake fluid.
10. Fill the radiator with coolant and bleed the cooling system with the heater valve open.
