2. Drain the engine coolant.
3. Remove the pulley from the crankshaft.
4. Remove the six bolts securing the water pump, then remove the water pump (A).

5. Check and clean the O-ring groove and the contact surface with the water bypass pipe.
6. Install the water pump with new O-rings in the reverse order of removal.
7. Wipe up any spilled engine coolant.
8. Place the pulley on the crankshaft.
9. Fill the radiator with engine coolant and bleed the cooling system by opening the heater tap.
