Replacing the EGR channel (Honda Civic 8)

1. Drain the engine coolant.

2. Remove the coolant bypass hose and wire harness clamps, then disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve connector.

3. Remove EGR channel A.

4. Install the EGR channel with a new gasket B.

5. Connect the EGR valve connector, then install the wire harness clamps and coolant bypass hose.

6. Fill the radiator with coolant and bleed air from the cooling system.
