Replacement
When removing and installing the pulley, follow the procedure described below.
Clean and remove any traces of oil and lubricate the points indicated below.
- A: Clear
- x: Remove oil
- : Lubricate
D15Z6, D15Z7, D16Y5, D16Y6 engines:
Except D15Z6, D15Z7, D16Y5, D15Y6 engines:
- Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Size: 14x1.25mm
- Tightening torque value: 181 Nm
Caution: Do not use impact wrench during installation.
