Adjustment
LHD type:
1. Disconnect the air flow control cable from the air flow control lever and clamp.
2. Set the temperature control lever to MAX. COOL.
3. Turn the air flow control lever as shown, then attach the end of the air flow control cable to the air flow control lever.
4. Gently push the air flow control cable housing back from the end to remove the slack in the air flow control cable but prevent the temperature control lever from moving, then secure the air flow control cable with the clamp.
Note: Whenever you disconnect the air flow control cable, always adjust the heater valve cable.
rHD type:
1. Disconnect the air flow control cable from the air flow control lever and clamp.
2. Set the temperature control lever to MAX. HOT.
3. Turn the air flow control lever as shown, then attach the end of the air flow control cable to the air flow control lever.
4. Gently push the air flow control cable housing back from the end to remove the slack in the air flow control cable but prevent the temperature control lever from moving, then secure the air flow control cable with the clamp.
Note: Whenever you disconnect the air flow control cable, always adjust the heater valve cable.
