1. The hood latch position can be adjusted within the oval bolt holes. When adjusted correctly, the latch operates smoothly and closes the hood tightly.
2. The latch cable is not adjustable, but can be replaced after disconnecting it from the latch and the actuator lever in the passenger compartment.
