Removal and installation
1. Cover the wings with a blanket.
2. Mark the relative positions of the hood, brackets and mounting bolts.
3. Disconnect the wires and tubes that interfere with the removal of the hood
4. Unscrew the mounting bolts (hold the hood).
5. Remove the hood
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, using the previously applied marks.
Adjustment
7. The hood is adjusted by placing or removing washers located between the bracket and the body or by moving the hood after loosening the bolts securing the bracket to the body.
8. Mark the perimeter of the bracket flange for orientation during adjustment
9. Using one of the adjustment methods described in step 7, adjust the position of the hood. Move it in small steps
10. When the hood is positioned correctly, there should be a gap of equal thickness around the perimeter of the hood.
11. Periodically lubricate the hood hinges and locks with lithium grease.
