
1. Wait until the engine has cooled down, then carefully remove the expansion tank and add coolant to it up to the base of the filler neck.
2. Connect pressure tester A (commercially available) to the expansion tank. Use the small adapter KE-30-5 V (commercially available) to connect the pressure tester.
Apply pressure of 112-146 kPa.

4. Check for coolant leaks and pressure drops.
5. Remove the tester and reinstall the expansion tank cap.
6. Make sure there is no oil in the coolant and no coolant in the oil.
