In order to ensure more even wear and extend the life of the tires, periodically, after every 7500 km of the car, rearrange the wheels. At each permutation of the wheels, be guided by the diagrams that are shown in the figure. The diagrams on this page are given for the case when the car is equipped with a small-sized spare wheel, and also if for some reason you do not want to use a full-size spare wheel when rearranging.
When purchasing new tires to replace old ones, keep in mind that some tire models have a directional tread pattern and should only rotate in a certain direction when the vehicle is moving forward. If the car uses tires with a directional tread pattern, then only the wheels of one side can be swapped (front and rear).
