To ensure more even wear and extend the life of your tires, rotate your tires periodically, every 7,500 km of your vehicle's mileage. Whenever you rotate your tires, follow the diagrams in the figure. The diagrams on this page are provided for a vehicle equipped with a small spare tire, or if for some reason you do not want to use a full-size spare tire when rotating your tires.
When purchasing new tires to replace old ones, keep in mind that some tire models have a directional tread pattern and must rotate only in a certain direction when the vehicle is moving forward. If your vehicle uses tires with a directional tread pattern, you can only swap the wheels of one side (front and back).
