It is prohibited to install a small spare tire on a vehicle when towing a trailer.
The diameter of the small spare tire is smaller than that of a normal tire. Therefore, when installing a small spare tire, the ground clearance is reduced. Be careful not to damage the vehicle when driving over obstacles and on bumpy roads.
Replace the tire if smooth, horizontal stripes appear on the treadmill (wear indicators). The new tire must be identical in design and dimensions to the old tire and must be mounted on the old spare tire. An undersized tire is not designed to be mounted on a normal-sized wheel. Conversely, a normal-sized tire cannot be mounted on a undersized wheel.
