2. Disconnect the connectors from the fuse and relay box located under the control panel.
Note: The view of all connectors is shown from the wire side of the output terminals.
3. Check the terminals of the socket and connector to ensure that they are in good contact.
If the terminals are bent, loose or corroded, repair them and recheck the connections for quality.
If the terminals are OK, proceed to step 4.
4. Without connecting the connectors, perform these tests on the corresponding connectors.
If any test reveals a fault, find and correct the cause and repeat the test.
If all input signal checks do not reveal a fault, proceed to step 5.
5. Connect all under-dash fuse/relay box connectors and perform these tests on the corresponding fuse/relay box connector inputs.
If any test reveals a fault, find and correct the cause and repeat the test.
If all input signal tests show no fault, the Multiplex Integrated Control Unit (MICU) is likely faulty. Replace the fuse and relay box assembly.
