Headlight range control system (with HID)
The automatic headlight beam adjustment system consists of an adjustment control unit, body height position sensors and right and left actuators.
The system registers the position of the vehicle every three minutes in steady motion with the headlights on «ON» and eight seconds after stopping with the ignition on «ON» (II) and headlights on «ON».
If the position of the vehicle has changed, adjust the headlight beam height automatically.
Headlight height adjustment sensors
The front headlight vertical position sensor is located between the front suspension subframe and the anti-roll bar connected by a shaft, and the rear headlight vertical position sensor is located between the right rear suspension subframe and the right rear shock absorber connected by a shaft. The sensor determines the position of the car and sends voltage signals (about 0.4 to 4.6 V) to the headlight control unit.
Headlamp leveling control unit
The headlight adjustment control unit is located in the cavity of the control panel on the driver's side. The control unit sends a voltage signal depending on the voltage signal to the right and left electric drives of the headlight positioning mechanisms (approximately 2 V to 11 V), received from the sensor.
Headlight range control motors
The electric drives of the headlight positioning mechanisms are located behind the right and left headlights and change the vertical position of the headlights, receiving a voltage signal (2 V to 11 V) from the headlight control unit.
Headlight range control system (without HID)
The manual headlight leveling system consists of a headlight leveling switch and a headlight leveling motor.
In this system, the headlights can be adjusted according to the number of passengers and the load by turning on the switch.
Headlight dimmer switch
The headlight dimmer switch is located on the right side of the instrument panel. The headlights can be adjusted by turning on the switch, depending on the change in position due to the load on the vehicle.
Switch position
The switch position matches the number of passengers and vehicle load conditions and adjusts the position angle as needed.
