Withdrawal
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle and place safety stands in appropriate locations.
2. Remove the rear wheel.
3. For model with HID lamp: Remove the rear headlight range sensor.
4. Remove the bottom cover of the rear spring support A.
5. Position a floor jack under the rear axle beam and support the rear suspension while raising the jack.
6. Remove the clips on the right and left sides A of the wheel speed sensor wiring harness.
7. Disconnect the brake pipe A from the brake hoses B and remove the brake hoses from the rear axle beam by disconnecting the brake hose clamp C.
Note. Do not spill brake fluid on the car body - this may cause destruction of the paintwork; If brake fluid comes into contact with the paintwork, wash it off immediately with water.
Note. When assembling, install new fastening nuts.
8. Remove the flange bolts of the right and left side A from the bottom of the shock absorbers
9. Lower the jack and the rear axle beam, remove the spring A and the upper spring support B.
Installation
10. Install spring A on top spring seat B.
Note. Install the spring securely into clamp C of the upper spring seat.
Align the upper end of spring D with the stepped portion of the upper spring pad.
After installation, make sure that the clamp, stepped part and other rubber parts do not come into contact with the spring.
11. Lower the rear axle beam. Align the lower end of the spring A with the stepped part B and install the lower spring seat C on the rear axle beam as shown.
12. Position a floor jack under the rear axle beam and support the rear suspension while raising the jack.
13. Screw new flange bolts of the right and left sides into the bottom of the shock absorbers.
14. Establish the brake pipeline with new clips on the right and left side.
Note. After installation, fill the reservoir with new brake fluid, bleed the brake system.
Check that there is no leakage of brake fluid at the connections between the brake hose and pipe, and tighten if necessary.
Make sure the brake hoses are not kinked or hitting foreign parts.
15. Install the clamps on the right and left side A of the wheel speed sensor wiring harness.
16. Install the bottom cover of the rear spring support.
17. For model with HID lamp: remove the rear headlamp leveling sensor.
18. Install the rear wheel.
Note. Before installing the wheel, clean the contact surface of the hub assembly and the inner surface of the wheel.
19. Check rear wheel alignment.
20. For model with HID lamp: Perform headlight position learning procedure.
